• Imposed Low Sulphur Fuel Surcharge (LSS) For all In/Export Shipment to Europe.                

  The International Maritime Organisation (IMO) sets global sulphur limits for marine fuels as per the International Convention MARPOL Annex VI Regularions for the Prevention of Air Pollution from Ships. Our Principals have decided to impose Low Sulphur Fuel Surcharge (LSS) to/from Far East to Europe with effect from 1st January 2015.

• Japan 24 Hours Advanced Filing Rules as of 10 March 2014.               

  The regulation has been named Japan 24 Hours Advance Filing Rules (AFR) and comes into force as of 10th of March 2014 in Japan. AFR requires vessel operators and NVOCCs to electronically submit manifest information for containerized cargo planned to be unloaded from a vessel in a Japanese Port.

• New regulation of Import deliver charges in Sri Lanka.
